Remark
1. All publish rates are quoted in US Dollars and subject to 21%  tax and service charge
2. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old occupying the same room and bed with parents

6. Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 19:00
7. Rate subject to government tax of 11% and service 10%
8. Minimum length of stay is 2 nights, however high season is 6 nights minimum stay
9. 50% deposit required to secure booking, balance of payment should be settled upon arrival.
10. For last minute bookings ( within 2 weeks or less prior to arrival ), full payment is required upon confirmation.

Children Policy:
Under 12 years old as free of charge in terms sharing with parents.
No extra bed is provided. Any reservation requires for more than capacity per bedroom
( 2 adults per bedroom ) is suggested to reserved 2 bedrooms villa which is more comforts
for the additional member of guest.

Bugan villas seasons are defined as
Low Session : 9 January - 14 July, 16 September - 19 December | High Session : 15 July - 31 July, 1 September - 15 September
Peak Session : 1 August - 31 August, 20 December - 8 January
