Check in / Check out :
~ Check in times is 14:00 in the afternoon and check out time is 12:00 noon. Every effort will be made to accommodated requests for late check out, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Early check in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodations are available.
Session Information:
~ Low session : 09 January – 14 July, 16 September – 19 December
~ High session: 15 July – 31 July, 1 September – 15 September
~ Peak session: 1 August – 31 August, 20 December – 8 January
Billing agreement:
~ All rates quoted in US Dollars and may be prepaid by US Dollar, Wire Transfer,PayPal ( Visa,Master Card,American Express ).
~ Credit Card Surcharge 3% from total amount
Cancellation policy:
Agrees to notify Bugan Villa by facsimile or written notice of any cancellation. Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation at the agreed rate.
No Show
No shows will be subject to a penalty equal to one night accommodation at the contract rate.
